Foster Care Transition Toolkit

The Department of Education released this toolkit to assist youth and district staff to ease the transition from the foster care system to adult life.  I did not read the entire guide, however, I do think it is definitely worth putting in your toolbox for future use.  Keep it on hand and even place it in the section of the transition binder, Transition Services Needed, you have printed off the OPI website.

Promoting Self-Determination
