This is a workbook by the National Collaboration on Workforce and Disability,  that assists individuals in understanding how to disclose information about his/her disability at school, work, or in a social situation. This is something you could have the student’s do as an age-appropriate transition assessment, a class project, or just on his/her own.  This is a great resource.

I came across this resource put out by College Stats.org on a Facebook friends page, thank you Libby Johnson.  This is a guide for some of our college students showing them all the different applications and software programs that are available to assist them.  I found myself thinking if they can use many of these apps in college, how helpful would they be in high school.  Either way, we can give this to our students entering post-school.  Enjoy!  And thanks again, Libby!
